It only took three babies, but my sister was finally able to take my maternity photos! She resides in Baton Rouge, but came up to visit here in New York after Christmas and I was so glad that she did! She is a newborn photographer, Rachel Ezzo portraits and hopefully will be able to take pictures of my little guy when he decides to make his appearance. She was a trooper, the day we shot these photos the temps were in the teens and she is used to shooting in warm weather. We could only stay outside for about 15 minutes, and she did awesome for shooting on that cold dreary day. I love that I have these pictures to keep.

Today marks 29 weeks for me. Everything looked great at my checkup for baby (we still don't have a name) and will go for another ultrasound at the end of January. At our last ultrasound one of the baby's kidney was slightly larger than it should be. They reassured us this was not a major deal, a lot of times the kidney grows and corrects itself but if after the baby is born, and it is still larger than he possibly will have kidney dysplasia and require surgery. The odds are very, very low for that to happen according to what they say, however the possibility is still there. This upcoming ultrasound, they will measure the babies kidney again to see if it is still slightly larger. We would appreciate your prayers that everything would be healthy and normal! In the meantime, I would love to hear some suggestions for boy names! We have a few ideas in our head, but nothing that us a definite yet. What are some of your favorite boy names? Comment below!!
